  • What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

    A standard clean is a surface clean. Light dusting, sweep and mop etc. A deep clean is more detailed. High dusting, heavy dusting, window ledges, glass, baseboards, under and behind most (movable) furniture etc.

  • How often is a deep cleaning recommended?

    At least 4 to 6 months if regular cleaning is not scheduled.

  • Does a deep clean cost more?

    Yes it does. Only because it's more detailed work.

  • Once I pay for a deep clean, would the price remain the same for a regular cleaning?

    Will be less because the heavy work would have been done. It will be just a matter of maintaining.

  • Should the initial cleaning be a deep clean?

    Yes, highly recommended. It will be easier to maintain thereafter.

  • Is a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave cleaning and/or organizing included in a standard or deep cleaning?

    No, those are offered as our Plus services at an additional cost.

  • Do you give quotes over the phone?

    We try not to but if a quote is provided; it will be just an estimate based on information given during our phone call about the type of cleaning needed. Once we see the exact scope of work then we will give a final price.

  • Is there a charge to come out and see the work?

    No there is not.

  • Do you charge an hourly rate?

    No we do not. We charge a flat rate.

  • How long does it take to strip and wax a floor?

    A few hours depending on the size of the room/floor.

  • Do you use my cleaning supplies?

    Unless you would prefer us to, we don't.
