Lastly, you will have to attend a two day training/orientation. We do conduct background checks. We are fair and we believe everyone deserves a chance. As long as the check does not come back with anything too serious, we will give you that chance. If for any reason, there is any incident or infraction, without just cause, involving you, while you're employed with us, you will be immediately terminated.
